About the firm
Built on prosecution and law-enforcement experienceNow working for you.
Trust Johnson Law is led by Malinda Johnson, a former prosecutor. Brian Johnson, a veteran and former Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Deputy, is our Chief of Operations and Lead Investigator. He supports the attorneys’ investigation and case preparation under their direction; he is not an attorney and does not give legal advice. Together, our team has seen how cases are investigated, evaluated, charged, and argued. The firm is built around a simple idea: if you understand how the other side builds a case, you can prepare yours to stand up to it.
Today we represent individuals, families, business owners, and veterans across Colorado in criminal defense, family law, estate planning, business law, and VA disability matters. We are woman-owned and veteran-focused, and our office is in Greenwood Village.
